A phone photo, scan or PDF: an invoice, waybill, act, VAT invoice or receipt. Batches are fine.
AI reads and parses it

Claude recognizes the counterparty, items, quantities, amounts, VAT and rates, and understands even crumpled and skewed scans.
A draft is put together in 1C

The assistant finds the counterparty by BIN, matches the items and generates the right document, for example “Receipt of goods and services”.
You check and post

The document arrives as an unposted draft with a card for confirmation. Nothing is written to the database without your “OK”.

Is the document posted in the database right away?

No. The assistant creates an unposted draft and shows a card for confirmation. Posting is always done by a person. That way you control every entry.

Does the data go to someone else's service?

No. Recognition runs in your perimeter, and the document is written directly to your 1C database. There is no need to remove BINs and IINs by hand, as when working through public ChatGPT.

What about poor scans and photos taken at an angle?

The model reliably reads crumpled, dark and skewed images. If a detail is recognized ambiguously, it is highlighted in the draft so you can fix it in a couple of seconds.
