How much does a 1C implementation cost?

The cost has three parts: the software, workstation licenses and implementation work. Software prices are in the table on this page. The scope of work depends on the accounting areas, the number of users and the data to transfer, so we state the amount after the assessment and fix it in the contract.

How long does implementation take?

Installation is the shortest stage: with electronic delivery there is no need to wait for a box and shipping. The time for setup, data transfer and training depends on the number of accounting areas and users; after the assessment we lay out the stages with deadlines in the contract.

From what date is it best to start working in the new database?

It is most convenient to start at the beginning of a year, quarter or month: balances as of that date are easier to transfer and reconcile. But you can start from any other date too, and then we transfer balances as of that date.

We already have 1C, but it is poorly set up. Is that also an implementation?

Yes, a repeat one: we assess the current database, fix the settings, transfer the data to a clean database if needed and train the staff. The goal is the same: accounting is kept in 1C, not next to it.
