How much does a 1C:ERP implementation cost?

The budget has three parts: the software supply (3 750 000 ₸ for electronic delivery), user and server licenses, and implementation work. The cost of the work depends on the number of processes, departments and customizations: we state it after the assessment and fix it by stage in the contract. A price for a “turnkey ERP implementation” cannot honestly be given without an assessment.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

A single area, such as warehouse and purchasing, goes live in a few months. Full automation of a manufacturing company or holding takes from six months to a year or longer. The exact schedule by stage appears after the assessment, and we fix it in the contract.

ERP or Integrated Automation?

Integrated Automation is enough for a mid-sized company with simple production. ERP is chosen when you need production and capacity planning, detailed cost calculation, many users and branches. If your tasks fit Integrated Automation, we will offer it: it is cheaper both to supply (630 000 ₸) and to implement.

Can ERP be implemented in parts?

Yes, and we recommend it. We start with the area where losses are most visible, then connect the next ones. Each stage ends with a working area, not just documentation.

Which licenses does ERP need?

The supply is the software itself. Workstations and the server are licensed separately: we determine the license type (PROF or CORP) and number from 1C Company's requirements for the configuration and the number of users. Subsidiaries and branches have a separate ERP license: 1 543 750 ₸.

Will you transfer data from our old system?

Yes. From 1C:UPP, Integrated Automation, Accounting and Trade Management we transfer catalogs, balances and unfinished operations. From other systems, in an agreed format. Before go-live we do a trial transfer and reconciliation.

Can we do without customizations?

First we set up standard ERP: that way it is easier to update and support. We propose customization only where standard features are not enough, and agree each one with you in scope and cost.

Do you work with companies outside Almaty?

Yes. Most of the work (setup, data transfer, training) is done remotely. In Almaty we hold the assessment and key meetings on site; for other cities we plan the meeting format in the project plan.
