How much does an hour of a 1C programmer cost?

Work is paid by the hour. We state the rate and number of hours after reviewing the task: the estimate is free and non-binding. You know the amount in advance, not after the fact.

How long does a customization take?

It depends on the task: a print form or a simple report is usually done faster, an exchange with a website or bank takes longer, with testing on your data. We state the timeline together with the estimate.

Do you work remotely or come on site?

We solve most tasks remotely, connecting to the database as agreed with you. In Almaty we come to the office when we need to understand a process on site or work with users. We work with clients from other cities remotely; see the page “1C remotely across Kazakhstan”.

We already have a customized configuration. Will you take it on?

Yes. First we look at what has been changed and how, and compare it with the standard configuration. If the customizations get in the way of updates, we propose moving them into an extension.

Will customizations break after a 1C update?

Customizations in extensions usually survive an update without rework, and after the update we check that they work. If changes were made in the configuration itself, we update it through comparison and merging to keep them. See the “1C updates” page for details.

Can 1C be connected to a website, a bank or Bitrix24?

Yes, these are standard integration tasks. The method depends on the other side: the website API, the bank's exchange format, the Bitrix24 REST API. For Bitrix24 there is a separate service: CRM implementation with two-way 1C integration.

Is a technical specification needed?

For a small task a description and an example are enough: which report you need, how the form should look. For a large customization we write the specification ourselves and agree it with you before work starts.

Which configurations do you work with?

With standard configurations for Kazakhstan on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform: Accounting, Trade Management, Retail, UNF, ZUP and others. We move databases from 1C 7.7 to 8.3; this is described on the “1C implementation” page.
