1C remotely for companies across Kazakhstan

Our office is in Almaty, at 31 Zenkov St. We have no other offices, and most 1C tasks do not need them: the software is delivered electronically, the database can run in the cloud, and the programmer connects to it remotely. This way we can work with a company in Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda or any other city of Kazakhstan, with the same set of services as in Almaty except office visits.

Do you have an office in our city?

No. We have one office, in Almaty, 31 Zenkov St. We work with clients from other cities remotely: there is no need to travel for supply, setup, updates, customizations or training.

How do I buy 1C if I am in another city?

We issue an invoice to your company, and after payment we deliver the software and license electronically and help register them with 1C Company. No need to wait for a box and a courier: installation is done remotely.

How do you connect to our database?

Through remote access software, as agreed with you and for the duration of the work. If the database is in the cloud, we work in it with the permissions you have granted.

Can I work in 1C without my own server?

Yes, in the cloud: the database is available over the internet from any city, and updates and backups are handled on the cloud side. See the “1C in the cloud” page for details.

How is remote support different from regular support?

In scope, almost no difference: updates, consultations, customizations and training are done the same way. The only difference is that we do not come to your office. If a task requires presence on site, we say so in advance.

Is there a time difference?

No. Since 1 March 2024 all of Kazakhstan has been in one time zone, so our schedule, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, matches your working day.

Can branches in different cities be combined into one database?

Yes. Branches work in a shared database through the cloud or a server accessible from the internet. If you need time tracking, punches from Dahua Face ID terminals in the branches are collected into the same 1C database via VPN or public IP addresses. Installation of equipment outside Almaty is discussed separately.

How does remote training work?

Online video sessions with practice on a training database or a copy of your database, by accounting area: sales, warehouse, payroll, reporting.
