1C:Integrated Automation 2 for Kazakhstan — implementation

1C:Integrated Automation 8 for Kazakhstan, edition 2 combines management and statutory accounting in one database: sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, cash, accounting and tax records under Kazakhstan legislation, and payroll. It is the next step for a company that has outgrown the “Trade Management + Accounting” pair but does not yet need ERP. We supply it, implement it in stages and support it.

When accounting is scattered across programs

  • Trade and warehouse are in one program and accounting in another: the exchange between databases fails, and balances do not match.
  • Production is calculated in Excel: the cost of finished goods is known only after month-end closing, and only approximately.
  • Several organizations of the group are kept in different databases, and consolidated figures are collected by hand.
  • The manager receives reports from three places and is not sure which figures are correct.

What it does

  • Selection of supply and licenses for the number of users: separate workstations or a 10-user bundle with a client-server license.
  • Sales and purchasing: orders, prices, discounts, settlements with counterparties.
  • Warehouse accounting for several warehouses and organizations in one database.
  • Production: specifications, output, cost calculation.
  • Cash: bank, cash desk, payment planning.
  • Accounting and tax records under Kazakhstan legislation, work with ESF.
  • Data transfer from Trade Management, Accounting or an old 1C.
  • Staff training and support after go-live.

How it works6 steps

  1. Assessment

We describe your processes: how you sell, purchase and produce, and who keeps which records where. We fix what must work in Integrated Automation from day one.

  2. Implementation plan

We split the project into stages, for example warehouse and sales first, then production and statutory accounting. Each stage has its scope of work and timeline.

  3. Supply and setup

We install Integrated Automation and licenses and set up organizations, warehouses, items, prices and the accounting policy under Kazakhstan legislation.

  4. Data transfer

Catalogs and balances from Trade Management, Accounting, an old 1C or spreadsheets. We reconcile balances before and after the transfer.

  5. Training and go-live

We train staff for their areas and support the first month-end closings.

  6. Support

Updates, consultations and customizations after go-live, under a contract.

Frequently asked questions8

How much does 1C:Integrated Automation for Kazakhstan cost?

Electronic delivery of Integrated Automation 2: 630 000 ₸. A 10-user bundle with a client-server license: 1 218 750 ₸. Additional workstations: a PROF license for one workstation 44 712 ₸, for ten 298 080 ₸. Implementation work is priced by stage after the assessment.

How does Integrated Automation differ from Trade Management and Accounting?

Trade Management handles sales, purchasing and warehouse, while accounting and tax records are kept separately in 1C:Accounting, with data passed by exchange. In Integrated Automation all of this, plus production and payroll, works in one database: a document is entered once and immediately goes into both management and statutory accounting.

Integrated Automation or ERP: which to choose?

Integrated Automation is designed for mid-sized companies with simple production. ERP is needed when production has many stages and you need capacity planning, detailed cost calculation and many users. The difference in supply price is 630 000 ₸ versus 3 750 000 ₸, and even greater in implementation. If your tasks fit Integrated Automation, we start with it: you can move to ERP as you grow.

Can we move to Integrated Automation from Trade Management and Accounting without losing data?

Yes. We transfer catalogs, warehouse balances, settlements and cash as of the switch date and reconcile before and after. Customizations of the old databases are reviewed separately: some already exist in standard Integrated Automation, the rest we transfer or rebuild.

How long does an Integrated Automation implementation take?

It depends on the number of areas and users. A project without production (warehouse, sales and accounting) takes from a few weeks; with production and several organizations, several months. We fix the timeline of each stage in the contract after the assessment.

Does Integrated Automation keep accounts under Kazakhstan legislation and work with ESF?

Yes, Integrated Automation for Kazakhstan keeps accounting and tax records under Kazakhstan legislation and works with electronic invoices. Direct exchange with the ESF information system works with an active 1C:ITS contract; we set it up during implementation.

How many users can work in Integrated Automation?

The number of users is set by licenses. Separate workstations are enough for a small team; as you grow, we move the database to client-server mode, which requires a server license. We will calculate for your headcount whether a 10-user bundle or separate licenses is more cost-effective.

Do you work remotely or on site?

In Almaty we hold the assessment and key meetings on site, the rest is done remotely. We work with companies from other cities of Kazakhstan remotely: the delivery is electronic, and setup, data transfer and training are done over a remote connection.
