1C:Trade Management for Kazakhstan — purchase and implementation

The functions are the same. In the Basic version one user works at a time, one organization is kept per database, the configuration cannot be changed, and there is no client-server mode and no distributed databases. Before purchase, check whether the Basic version supports direct exchange with the ESF information system in your release and which 1C:ITS contract it requires. If a sales manager and a storekeeper work in the software at the same time, you need PROF.

Per the price list as of 01.10.2026: Basic version 36 300 ₸, PROF 136 250 ₸ (a license for one workstation is already included). An example for five simultaneous users: PROF plus a 5-workstation license pack costs 291 252 ₸, which actually gives six workstations. PROF plus four single licenses for exactly five workstations costs more: 315 098 ₸.

UT keeps operational and management records of trade; accounting, payroll and tax reporting are kept in 1C:Accounting for Kazakhstan. Documents from UT are passed to Accounting through the standard exchange, which we set up during implementation.

Yes, in PROF with an active 1C:ITS contract. ESF and SNT are generated from receipt and sales documents and sent to the ESF information system signed with an EDS, and the virtual warehouse is supported. Marketplace integrations are done per task. First we work out what data needs to be passed, where and how often, then we assess feasibility, timeline and cost.

It depends on the number of warehouses and users, the sales scheme and the amount of data to transfer. We fix the stages and timeline after the assessment, before work starts.

Yes: items, counterparties, warehouse stock and debts, from 1C 7.7, another 1C configuration or Excel. After the transfer we reconcile balances with the old system.

Yes. First we look at what has been changed in the configuration, then we update or customize it while keeping your changes. Customizations are possible only in PROF: the Basic version does not support configuration changes.
