How does Basic Retail differ from PROF?

The functions are the same. The limits are those of all Basic versions of 1C: one user at a time, the configuration cannot be changed, no client-server mode or distributed databases, so a store chain with data exchange cannot be built on the Basic version. If one person works in the software at a time, the Basic version is enough.

How much does 1C:Retail cost?

Per the price list as of 01.10.2026: Basic version 25 900 ₸, PROF (Retail 8 or Retail 3.0) 97 250 ₸. PROF includes a license for one workstation; each additional one is a client license from 44 712 ₸. Equipment and connection are priced separately.

Does 1C:Retail work with online cash registers?

Yes. We connect the online cash register so that sales and receipts go into 1C without manual entry. Plans and terms are on the “Online cash register” page.

Which equipment can be connected?

Fiscal printers and online cash registers, barcode scanners, data collection terminals, scales with label printing, card payment terminals, label printers. We will also connect equipment not bought from us if the model is supported by 1C drivers.

Can I run several stores?

Yes, in PROF. Each store has its own database, and the exchange with the central node runs on a schedule over the network or the internet. Chain data can also be passed to 1C:Trade Management.

Do I need a separate accounting program?

1C:Retail keeps the store's operational records; accounting and tax reporting are kept in 1C:Accounting. How to pass data from Retail to accounting is decided during implementation.

Will you transfer products from the old software?

Yes: items, barcodes, prices and stock from another program or Excel. After loading we check prices and stock with a spot inventory count.

Do you work remotely or on site?

We carry out installation and setup remotely across Kazakhstan. Equipment in a store in Almaty is easier to connect on site, and we can come over.
