AC PRO Autopilot: AI agent in 1C:Trade Management for the catalog and sales

A digital employee that lives right inside 1C:Trade Management: it enriches item records, picks analogues for missing items and suggests related products for orders. The manager no longer has to keep 800+ SKUs in their head. The extension is installed in 1.5–2 hours, without a public IP, and the data stays in a data center in Kazakhstan. Three trust modes: you choose what the agent does itself and what it only suggests.

The catalog “goes stale”, and the manager loses an hour a day

  • No analogue means the order goes to a competitor: a customer calls, the item is out of stock, and the manager does not remember replacements by heart. A typical distributor has 8–15 lost orders a week.
  • Forgot to cross-sell related products: the main item was sold, but consumables and accessories were not offered, and the customer comes back for the “forgotten” items to someone else. The average order value is 12–25% below its potential.
  • 20–40% of records are partially filled: no manufacturer, country, dimensions or barcodes. The item cannot be found in search, is not pulled into quotes and gets lost in reports, while the category manager is a bottleneck at 80–200 records a week.
  • A manager loses 1–2 hours a day searching for goods through several 1C windows and filters and the manufacturer's website: up to 10 clicks per item, finding a replacement takes 7–12 minutes, and the customer waits on the line.
  • A newcomer sells worse than a “star”: with 30–50% annual sales staff turnover, each new manager does not know analogues and the range for 2–3 months, and sales in their area drop by 20–40%.
  • Knowledge sits in the heads of “old-timers”: one or two experienced employees know analogues and product combinations. When they leave, the knowledge leaves too, and the business depends on 2–3 people.

What it does

  • Enriches records: manufacturer, country, article number, dimensions, unit of measure, weight, barcodes, from open catalogs and neighboring records in your own catalog. Each field is confirmed by sources; if sources disagree, a moderator decides.
  • Picks an analogue when an item is out of stock, from your catalog, taking actual availability and sales history into account. It understands interchangeable brands within a category (Hyperline / NIKOMAX / Lanmaster; Hikvision / Dahua), and the order line is replaced in one click.
  • Suggests related products based on your sales history: required (it does not work without them), strong (bought right away) and useful (bought later). Only real sales, not “general advice”: the manager adds items with checkboxes in one click.
  • Searches for goods by photo, barcode and article number, without ten clicks through 1C windows and filters.
  • Shows the deal margin in real time right in the order.
  • Three trust modes, “Advisor” (Suggest), “Assistant” (Confirm) and “Autopilot” (Autonomous), are configured separately for each action type.
  • In “Autopilot” mode, it sends a report to Telegram or email in the morning: how many records were processed and with what accuracy.
  • Records every action in a log: what, when, based on which sources. A single action is rolled back with a button in the record, all overnight ones with one click in the morning report; the rollback window is 72 hours and can be set up to 7 days.
  • Works as a new tab in 1C: the agent's “hands” are a .cfe extension in your database, its “brain” is AI models in the cloud, and data is stored in a data center in Kazakhstan.
  • Automatically builds product combinations from your own sales: knowledge of analogues does not leave with experienced employees, and a newcomer sells like a “star”.

How it works5 steps

  1. Free catalog audit: 30 minutes

We go into your 1C together with your engineer: how many records are incomplete, how many duplicates, how many potential analogues and related products. The report stays with you even if you do not take AC PRO.

  2. Week 1: installation and indexing

The configuration extension (.cfe) is installed in your database in 1.5–2 hours and indexes the catalog. The standard Trade Management configuration does not change, and for the user the agent looks like a new tab in 1C. From you: one meeting with a 1C programmer (1–2 hours) and read access to catalogs.

  3. Weeks 2–3: “Advisor” shadow mode

The agent changes nothing, it only suggests. A moderator evaluates the suggestions, and we calibrate the agent's confidence for your catalog.

  4. Week 4: “Assistant” or “Autopilot”

Action types where the share of accepted suggestions (accept rate) has reached 80% or higher are switched to confirmation or autopilot mode. Each action type is configured separately. Basic launch takes 2–4 weeks.

  5. Daily work

The agent enriches records at night, picks analogues and related products right in the order, and sends a report to Telegram or email in the morning. Any autonomous action can be rolled back with one button within 72 hours.

Who it is for

  • A B2B distributor on 1C:Trade Management 11.5+: building materials, pharma, auto parts, electrical equipment, instrumentation and automation.
  • A sales team of 3 or more managers and 800+ active SKUs in the catalog.
  • You lose an order at least once a week because the item is “out of stock”.
  • Knowledge of analogues depends on 1–2 experienced employees, and sales staff turnover is high.

Frequently asked questions13

What if the AI agent makes a mistake?

Every autonomous action is recorded in a log and can be rolled back with one button within 72 hours. In the “Advisor” and “Assistant” modes, a mistake is impossible: the final decision always stays with a person. Accuracy in “Autopilot” mode is 98%+ in our tests, and it is calibrated individually for your catalog.

How do the three trust modes work?

“Advisor” (Suggest): the agent only advises; recommendations appear in a separate feed, and the decision is up to a person; this mode is for the start, new action types and low confidence. “Assistant” (Confirm): the agent prepares a change and, when the record is opened, asks “Apply?”; one click and it is applied; this is the default mode for most tasks. “Autopilot” (Autonomous): the agent applies changes itself in the background and in the morning sends a report to Telegram or email, such as “processed 47 records, accuracy 99.2%”; rollback takes one button within 72 hours. The mode is set separately for each action type and only for reversible actions with catalogs.

What does the agent not do?

It deliberately does not touch anything that involves financial liability. It does not post sales and purchase documents; does not write off goods from the warehouse; does not change prices in items; does not edit counterparty details (BIN, bank, contracts); does not send quotes to clients (it prepares them, but you send them); does not close orders or change document statuses; never touches primary documents or KGD reporting; and has no access to finances, as it is a service user with rights only to catalogs. The boundary is simple: the agent works with catalogs, while documents and money are a human decision.

Where does our data go? Who sees it?

Data is stored in a data center in Kazakhstan: personal data localization requirements are met, and there are no foreign servers. Only catalog data goes to the cloud, without purchase prices, sales amounts, turnovers, primary documents or personal data of employees and customers. The channel is encrypted over HTTPS all the way from 1C to the cloud. AC PRO staff see only anonymized telemetry and error logs, not the contents of your catalogs. A data protection agreement (DPA) in the Kazakhstan form is signed before work starts.

How does AC PRO connect?

The agent's “hands” are a configuration extension (.cfe) inside your 1C, and its “brain” is AI models in the cloud; for the user, it is a new tab in 1C. The extension is installed in 1.5–2 hours. A public IP and open ports are not needed: 1C itself calls the cloud over a secure channel, the database does not have to be exposed, and we do not touch the firewall. The standard Trade Management configuration does not change and stays under 1C support, and updates are installed as usual.

Which 1C is supported?

1C:Trade Management 11.5+ in client-server mode (MS SQL / PostgreSQL): full support, the ideal scenario. Trade Management 11.x in file mode: with limitations, for teams of up to 10 people. Custom configurations based on Trade Management / UPP: via an adapter, discussed at the audit. 1C:Fresh (the 1C cloud service) is not supported yet; 1C:ERP, Integrated Automation and Enterprise Accounting (BP) 3.0 are in the development plans. If you do not have Trade Management, we will run a 30-minute configuration audit and tell you whether connection is realistic.

How long does implementation take and what is needed from us?

Basic launch takes 2–4 weeks. Week 1: installing the extension (1.5–2 hours) and indexing the catalog. Weeks 2–3: “Advisor” shadow mode; the agent changes nothing, a moderator evaluates the suggestions, and we calibrate confidence. Week 4: switching to “Assistant” or “Autopilot” for the action types where the accept rate is 80% or higher. From you: one meeting with a 1C programmer (1–2 hours) and read access to catalogs.

Can the agent's changes be rolled back?

Yes. Any single action, with a button in the record. All overnight changes, with one click in the morning report. The rollback window is 72 hours by default and can be set up to 7 days.

Can AC PRO be disconnected?

Yes, at any time. The extension is deactivated with standard 1C tools, and the configuration returns to its original state without traces. The contract is terminated with one month's notice. Export of all your data to CSV or JSON within 24 hours on request.

Will it work after a 1C update?

Yes. The extension is compatible with standard Trade Management 11.x updates: we test every 1C release and release an extension update within 5 business days. The configuration stays under 1C support.

How much does it cost and what plans are there?

Plans are flexible, monthly, without long contracts. “AC PRO for 1C”: record enrichment, analogues and related products, search by photo / barcode / article number, real-time deal margin, three trust modes. “AC PRO for Bitrix24”: a dashboard for the head of sales: missed deals, a manager profitability map, auto-tasks to “follow up on a contact”, alerts about discounts without margin; works with any version of B24. Bundle 1C + B24: both modules, priority support with a 4-hour SLA, free onboarding of the sales team, a 1C ↔ B24 link and unified P&L analytics. The modules have a 14-day trial. We calculate the price after a free audit, based on your catalog and team.

Where do I start?

With a free catalog audit: 30 minutes online with your engineer, without slides or generic talk. Using real data, we calculate how many records are incomplete, how many duplicates there are, and where there is potential for analogues and related products; the report stays with you in any case. Next comes a demo on an anonymized slice of your catalog (100–500 records) and a 30-day pilot at a special price, with no obligations. After you submit a request, a manager will contact you within 2 business hours.

Where do the impact figures come from?

This is the expected impact based on industry sales co-pilot benchmarks and pilot measurements at a distributor with a catalog of 1 000+ SKUs: “out of stock → sold an analogue” conversion from 12% to 38%, average order value +14%, finding a replacement in 30 seconds instead of 7–12 minutes, record completeness from ~60% to ~90%, 380–620 thousand ₸ of additional revenue per manager per month, subscription payback in less than a month. This is a hypothesis, not a final measurement on your database: at the free audit, we calculate the potential on your real data.
