Electronic delivery of 1C:Salary and HR Management for Kazakhstan: 136 250 ₸, CORP version 756 000 ₸. Additional workstations are paid separately: a PROF license for one workstation 44 712 ₸, for five 155 002 ₸. Accounting for Kazakhstan has payroll calculation, and it is enough for a small staff with simple salaries. ZUP is needed when shift schedules, multiple employment records, bonuses with complex rules, many vacations and sick leaves, a staffing table and full HR records appear. Then HR and payroll are kept in ZUP, and accounting receives the final payroll results.

ZUP calculates payroll and keeps HR records, but it does not keep accounting and tax records for the whole company. Those are kept in 1C:Accounting for Kazakhstan, to which ZUP passes the payroll results. If you already have Accounting, we will set up the exchange between the databases.

Regular ZUP is enough for most companies. The CORP version is taken by large organizations that need advanced HR management tools in addition to payroll and HR records. The price difference is significant, 136 250 ₸ versus 756 000 ₸, so we make the choice after reviewing your tasks, not “for future growth”.

Yes. AC PRO has its own time tracking module for Dahua Face ID terminals: an employee checks in by face, arrival and departure punches go into 1C, and the timesheet is generated without manual entry. The “Hiring” document adds the employee to the terminals, and “Termination” disables them.

Go-live always includes a control calculation of one month: we do not go into production without reconciling with the previous calculation.
