The accounting functions are the same. Limits of the Basic version: one user at a time; one organization per database (several organizations are kept in separate databases); the configuration cannot be changed; no client-server mode or distributed databases; tax returns cannot be prepared separately for branches reporting to different tax offices. PROF has none of these limits. Both versions support direct exchange with the ESF information system: PROF with an active 1C:ITS contract, Basic starting with release 3.0.53.2 with a 1C:ITS contract at the TECHNO or PROF level.

Per the price list as of 01.10.2026: Basic version 25 900 ₸, PROF 97 250 ₸, a 5-user bundle 226 875 ₸ (electronic delivery). Each additional workstation for PROF is a client license from 44 712 ₸. Installation, setup and data transfer are priced separately and fixed before work starts.

Yes. The software keeps accounts for both LLPs and sole proprietors. During setup we choose the tax regime, either the general regime or the simplified declaration on form 910, and set up the accounting policy and reporting for it.

Yes. The configuration is the same, so the database with all its data keeps working in PROF without a transfer. PROF is purchased additionally; the terms for crediting the already paid Basic version are confirmed with 1C Company on the date of the switch.

In PROF with an active 1C:ITS contract, an ESF is generated from the sales document, signed with an EDS and sent to the ESF information system directly from 1C; incoming e-invoices are loaded into the database. In the Basic version, direct exchange is available starting with release 3.0.53.2 with a 1C:ITS contract at the TECHNO or PROF level; without a contract, e-invoices are exported from 1C to XML and uploaded to the ESF information system portal. Yes: from 1C 7.7, another 1C configuration or Excel spreadsheets. We transfer catalogs (counterparties, items, employees) and account balances as of the accounting start date, then reconcile the trial balance with the old software.

The software is updated regularly for changes in Kazakhstan legislation: reporting forms, rates, ESF rules. Updates, the consultation line and services are provided under a 1C:ITS support contract; plans and prices are on the page “1C support and 1C:ITS”.
